INGREDIENTS:
- 1 packet Chalmar Beef Burger Sliders (6 in a packet)
- 6 processed cheese squares, cut or folded to fit the smaller burger sliders
- 6 mini slider rolls
- mayonnaise
- 6 lettuce leaves, washed
- 1 red onion, sliced
- BBQ sauce
- chopped peppadews
METHOD:
1. Cut the buns in half and toast them.
2. Place a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef sliders and fry with a pinch of salt and pepper for 2 minutes. Then, flip the sliders and place a slice of cheese over each one. Fry for an additional 2 minutes. (They will be cooked to medium doneness; if you prefer them well done, fry them for a slightly longer time.)
3. Spread a little mayonnaise on the base of each bun, then top with lettuce and two rings of red onion.
4. Top each bun with a slider patty, barbecue sauce, and peppadews.
5. Insert a toothpick into the top of each slider to keep it together before serving.
