Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2½ teaspoons peppermint extract
- 385g sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ drops green food colouring
- 100g sweet chocolate bar, finely chopped
Method
- Whip whipping cream on medium speed in a large bowl until it becomes stiff.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, food colouring, and peppermint extract. Gently fold in until everything is well combined.
- Add the chopped chocolate and fold together until well combined.
- Spoon the ice cream into a shallow container or a loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap paper.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until solid. Let it sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving.
