Brown Rice Sushi Bowls

Ingredients:

Cooked brown rice

Cucumber

Carrots

Avocado

Nori sheets (cut into small pieces)

Soy sauce or tamari

Sesame seeds

Instructions:

Add a base of cooked brown rice to a lunch container.

Top with cucumber sticks, carrot ribbons, avocado slices, and small pieces of nori.

Drizzle with soy sauce or tamari and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
