  • 1kg of prawns
  • 2 x Heaped table spoons of salted butter
  • 15ml Extra Virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Table spoon of crushed garlic
  • Fresh Dill – to your liking
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. In a wok, add the butter and olive oil
  2. Once the butter has melted, add the crushed garlic and stir for one minute
  3. Add the prawns and cook for a few minutes until done
  4. Add salt and black pepper to your taste
  5. Garnish with fresh Dill


Serve with savoury rice or fresh bread.
