Ingredients
- 1kg of prawns
- 2 x Heaped table spoons of salted butter
- 15ml Extra Virgin olive oil
- 1 x Table spoon of crushed garlic
- Fresh Dill – to your liking
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a wok, add the butter and olive oil
- Once the butter has melted, add the crushed garlic and stir for one minute
- Add the prawns and cook for a few minutes until done
- Add salt and black pepper to your taste
- Garnish with fresh Dill

Serve with savoury rice or fresh bread.
