Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1¼ cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon caramel essence
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup oil
Method
- Beat the eggs and sugar until light and creamy.
- Add the oil, beat slightly then add the milk.
- Add the dry sifted ingredients and beat well.
- Pour into 2 greased round pans.
- Bake at 180﮿C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
Ingredients for the caramel filling
- 1 cup Caramel Treat
- 1 cup Nestle dessert cream
- Grate or roughly chop 1 slab peppermint crisp
Method
- Beat the Nestle and caramel until smooth.
- Add the chocolate and mix.
- Top the one cake round with the above. Place the other round cake on top.
- Finish off with caramel treat, whipped cream, mint crisp and mini tennis biscuits.
- Refrigerate and enjoy
