  • 1 x Ciabatta Loaf
  • 1 x Wensleydale Cheese with Ginger & Mango (Found at Woolworths)
  • 1 x Princess Thai Green Pesto
  • 1 x Crispy Onion Sprinkle
  • 1 x Sliced Red Onion


  1. Slice the Ciabatta loaf
  2. Cut the Wensleydale cheese into pieces (Not very thick)
  3. Spread Thai Green Pesto on the slices of Ciabatta
  4. Place the cheese, crispy onions and red onions on and close the sandwich.
  5. Braai and serve!
