Lemonade + Braai? YES!
- Ice, for serving
- Lemons, for squeezing
- 500 ml Soda water
- 150 g of White sugar
- 60 g of Brown sugar
- Fresh mint
1. Halve the lemons and dip the cut side into brown sugar. Place on the grill over medium heat.
2. Turn when the lemons are charred. Braai for another 5-10 minutes, then place them in a large bowl to cool down.
3. Once they’re cool enough to handle, squeeze the juice into a jug. Add the white sugar to the slightly warm squeezed juice of the lemons & mix well!
4. Add the soda water to the jug and serve - met ys!
