INGREDIENTS
- 2 teaspoons of gelatine powder
- 2 tablespoons of cold water
- ¼ cup boiling water
- ½ cup of sugar
- ¼ cup of cocoa powder
- 1 ½ cups of fresh cream
- ½ cup of Amarula
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
METHOD
- In a bowl, add the gelatine powder to the cold water and stir. Pour over the boiling water, stir, then set aside.
- Add the sugar and cocoa powder to another mixing bowl.
- Pour in the cream and mix with an electric whisk.
- Add the Amarula and vanilla essence.
- Add the gelatine mixture and gently mix with a spatula.
- Divide into dessert cups and refrigerate to set. Serve.
