Ingredients
- unsalted butter
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- cheese (optional)
- salt
- 1 avocado
- dill for garnish
- chili flakes
Method
- Spread butter on both sides of the bread and toast on a pan until golden.
- In a bowl, add two eggs, the salt and then whisk.
- In a pan, add butter. Once melted, add the eggs, and cook on low heat. Use a spatula to scrape the eggs and let them cook completely.
- You can add some cheese if you prefer.
- Slice up an avocado, or mash it, and spread it on the bread. Add the scrambled eggs and chili flakes and garnish with dill.
- Serve with fruit of choice.
