CHEESE & CHARCUTERIE BOARD

Ingredients

  • 50g semi-hard mature cheese
  • 65g brie with green fig
  • 65g camembert
  • two packs of melba toast
  • purple fig and port jam
  • french loaf (sliced into eatable pieces) 
  • 100g salami
  • 70g Parma ham
  • 70g prosciutto
  • 500g green grapes
  • 30g almonds
  • 100g dried Turkish apricots

Method

  1. Taking your biggest platter, start your cheese & charcuterie by lining up your cheese first.
  2. Once done, add your salami, parma ham and prosciutto. Add the French loaf and melba toast before adding the grapes, almonds and finishing it off with the Turkish apricots and purple fig jam.
  3. Serve immediately.
