INGREDIENTS
- 170g strawberries
- 150g cherries
- 150g –170g sugar
- lime juice (optional)
METHOD
- Add your strawberries, cherries, sugar and lime juice to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and let it cook for 20-25 minutes until thick.
- Blend the jam for a smoother texture or leave it with the pieces in.
- Add to a cleaned jar and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
