CHERRY & STRAWBERRY JAM

INGREDIENTS

  • 170g strawberries
  • 150g cherries
  • 150g –170g sugar
  • lime juice (optional)

METHOD

  1. Add your strawberries, cherries, sugar and lime juice to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat and let it cook for 20-25 minutes until thick.
  3. Blend the jam for a smoother texture or leave it with the pieces in.
  4. Add to a cleaned jar and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
