Serves: 2


  • 4 strips streaky bacon
  • 1 piece of rump steak
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 4 thick slices of tomato
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • lettuce leaves
  • 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sandwich rolls or panini
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. In a pan fry the bacon until crispy and set aside.
  2. Cut the steak into half crosswise to make thin slices, season with salt and pepper. Fry on high to medium heat for two minutes, then remove the steak from the pan and let it cool down.
  3. Add butter to the pan and fry the eggs sunny-side up until done to your liking.
  4. Cut the sandwich rolls in half and spread them inside with mayonnaise. Add lettuce, tomato slices, steak, cooked ham, bacon and then mozzarella cheese. Melt the cheese in the microwave or under a hot grill,  and then add the eggs. Close the sandwich and serve.
