CREAM CHEESE STUFFED GARLIC BAGELS

Amounts can be varied according to the desired quantity.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bagels
  • ½ tub cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional, can use another cheese)
  • store-bought garlic butter, or homemade garlic butter (I used the Parmalat garlic and parsley butter).

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the bagel 6 ways but not all the way through.
  2. Fill with your softened cream cheese.
  3. Dip in your garlic butter, or brush with garlic butter.
  4. Add cheese of your choice and put it in the oven at 180°C until the top is crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
