Amounts can be varied according to the desired quantity.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bagels
- ½ tub cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional, can use another cheese)
- store-bought garlic butter, or homemade garlic butter (I used the Parmalat garlic and parsley butter).
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the bagel 6 ways but not all the way through.
- Fill with your softened cream cheese.
- Dip in your garlic butter, or brush with garlic butter.
- Add cheese of your choice and put it in the oven at 180°C until the top is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy.
