This quick breakfast is absolutely delicious, satisfying and filled with wholesome ingredients to get your day off to a good start.

Ingredients
- 1 banana (approximately 110 g), sliced and frozen
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) cocoa powder
- 125 ml (½ cup) almond milk, or milk of your choice
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) desiccated coconut
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) peanut butter
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) chia seeds
- ½ cup large ice blocks
- toppings of your choice (toasted coconut flakes, fresh berries, cacao nibs, granola, chopped nuts, seeds)
Method
- Place all of the ingredients except for the toppings into a blender. Process until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your desired toppings. Serve immediately.
