Feta Eggs 3 Ways

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 feta “disks”
  • pesto
  • chilli crunch
  • chives
  • chilli flakes
  • coriander
  • 3 slices of toast


  1. Crumb the feta in a warm pan.
  2. Add the pesto and chilli crunch to where each egg will go.
  3. Crack the eggs over the feta and cover with a lid to cook on medium heat.
  4. Once the eggs are ready, dish up and sprinkle chives, coriander and chilli flakes over for extra flavour.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
