1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
50 g baby spinach, chopped
3 potatoes, chopped
6 lamb chops
5 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 teaspoon of olive oil
4 tablespoon soy sauce
5 teaspoon honey
125 ml cream
- cheddar cheese
METHOD
- Start adding the potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until soft, then mash
- While the potatoes boil, in a bowl add in your lamb chops and season with salt and pepper and add in 1 clove of the minced garlic then drizzle 2 teaspoon of the olive oil
- In a hot pan drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil and add in 2 tablespoon of butter then cook your lamb chops for 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the lamb chops from the pan and set aside. In the same pan add in the diced onion, 1 garlic clove, 4 tablespoon of soy sauce and drizzle honey to create the glaze. Let it simmer and add the lamb chops back in.
- In a separate sauce pan add in the 3 tablespoon of butter, 1 minced garlic clove and cream then mix, once it starts to bubble add in the spinach and cheddar cheese to create the sauce.
- Add the creamy spinach sauce in the mash and mix.
- Plate the mash and add in the glazed lamb and finish off with the glaze on top of the mash and lamb then garnish with parsley and
