A collision of four different spirits creates one potent beverage. A drink recipe that dates back to the 70’s, named after Long Island in New York. This drink contains no tea, but does have a similar taste. This drink is sure to bring on plenty of unforgettable nights and some hangovers as well!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of ice
- 1 part vodka
- 1 part gin
- 1-part white rum
- 1-part white tequila
- ½ part triple sec
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ cup cola to taste
- 2 slices of lemon
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the vodka, rum, tequila, triple sec and lemon juice in.
- Cover and shake vigorously to combine. Let it chill.
- Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with lemon wedges.
