INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups of frozen mango
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
METHOD
1. Add frozen mango to a food processor/blender along with freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey.
2. Blend carefully to get the right consistency, and pause once or twice to scrape the sides.
3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan/container and freeze for at least 2 hours or more for the sorbet texture. Best enjoyed when it’s made, however, you can store it in the freezer to enjoy later. Best of luck!
