INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 825g canned peaches
- 250g heavy cream
METHOD
- Open can of peaches and drain syrup from the peaches. Add lemon juice, then blend for a few seconds, until smooth.
- In a bowl, add peach puree. Add in syrup and heavy cream. Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour the mixture into a container with a lid. Close and freeze for 6-8 hours.
- Serve chilled.
