PEACH ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 825g canned peaches
  • 250g heavy cream

METHOD

  1. Open can of peaches and drain syrup from the peaches. Add lemon juice, then blend for a few seconds, until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, add peach puree. Add in syrup and heavy cream. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Pour the mixture into a container with a lid. Close and freeze for 6-8 hours.
  4. Serve chilled.
