Welcome to the easiest guilt free treat you’ll ever make!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 serving protein powder (whey/plant based)
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk (of choice)
- 1 cup of coconut flour
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- pinch salt
METHOD
- Blend the rolled oats in a blender until the texture is fine (like flour).
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Combine all the wet ingredients in a different bowl by mashing the banana, adding the egg, and finishing off with the milk. Mix thoroughly together.
- Heat up a nonstick pan on low to medium heat (spray with cooking spray if necessary)
and pour a ladle of mixture into your pan. This will take 3-4 minutes to cook and then you should start to see little bubbles on the outside. When this happens, you’re ready to flip! Cook on the second side for 1-2 minutes. - Continue until your batch is complete. Stack your flapjacks and top with your choice of toppings! Serve and enjoy!
