  • 250g boiled macaroni pasta
  • 2 large, chopped sausages
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 50g butter
  • ½ cup full cream milk
  • 100g grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • salt for seasoning


  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, add the sausages and fry until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Transfer the golden sausages into a bowl, set aside.
  3. Add butter into the used pan on low heat.
  4. Add full cream milk and simmer for 1-2 minutes before adding grated cheddar cheese.
  5. Add Italian herbs and paprika and stir
  6. Add the boiled pasta to the pan and keep on stirring for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Lastly, add the sausages to the pan and lightly season with salt.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
