Ingredients
- 250g boiled macaroni pasta
- 2 large, chopped sausages
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 50g butter
- ½ cup full cream milk
- 100g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- salt for seasoning
Method
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, add the sausages and fry until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the golden sausages into a bowl, set aside.
- Add butter into the used pan on low heat.
- Add full cream milk and simmer for 1-2 minutes before adding grated cheddar cheese.
- Add Italian herbs and paprika and stir
- Add the boiled pasta to the pan and keep on stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- Lastly, add the sausages to the pan and lightly season with salt.
- Serve and enjoy!
