VANILLA BRANDY JULEP

INGREDIENTS

  • 37,5ml Sydney back
  • 50g mint
  • 20ml vanilla syrup
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • garnish: mint leaves with julep spoon & straw

METHOD                                                                                                                                                 

  1. Tear mint, lightly muddle, add ingredients to a julep cup with crushed ice.
