Think small plates and cocktails inspired by veld, mountain and sea, like Linefish Ceviche served with pomello, pickled daikon and ponzu, and the Tide is High, shaken up with Jorgensen’s Vodka, lychee, salted lime sorbet, Graham Beck Brut and adorned with gold.
