• At least five cubes of ice
• One or two slices of fresh lemon

• 20ml Butlers Blue
• 50ml Litchi Juice
• 12.5ml Grenadine
• 6 Mint Leaves
Muddle mint with grenadine. Add other ingredients, shake & strain over a Martini glass. Garnish with mint sprigs.
Kiwi & Cucumber
Smash
• 40ml Belgravia Platinum Label
• 10ml Butlers Triple Sec
• Dash of Sugar Syrup
• 3 Cucumber Slices
• 2 Kiwi Slices
Muddle kiwi & cucumber with sugar syrup. Add other ingredients, shake & strain over
