Hosted at the exquisite SIBA – The Restaurant in Cape Town, the event was a celebration of coffee’s art and culture, expertly led by renowned Chef, Siba Mtongana. Guests immersed themselves in a captivating experience that not only delighted the senses, but also told the compelling story of Brazmata’s journey from bean to cup.
With its initial unveiling in October 2022 alongside Café 365 housed in Engen’s Quickshop & Co premium stores, Brazmata has quickly become a beloved name in quality coffee. Originating from carefully selected delicious arabica-bean-brewed coffee blends sourced from beans across Brazil, Guatemala, and Tanzania, Brazmata promises an inviting and luxurious coffee experience that beautifully balances accessibility with quality.
The launch event was a rich, sensory exploration into Brazmata’s unique blend and history. Guests had the opportunity to delve into the meticulous process behind each cup, as well as the brand’s unwavering commitment to quality and respect for traditional coffee-growing techniques. Attendees were taken on a journey back to the roots of coffee, understanding the illustrious origins of each bean, the roasting process that utilises separate techniques tailored to espresso and super-auto machines alike, and how it culminates into the perfect brew that is Brazmata.
