Serves 6


  • 90g crackers
  • 10 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 50g prosciutto
  • 50g smoked speck
  • 50g smoked salami
  • 100g camembert cheese
  • 3-4 slices feta cheese
  • 5 strawberries
  • 10 black olives
  • 20 blueberries
  • 20g pomegranate seeds


  1. Arrange crackers in a circle and place the rosemary on the top in the same shape.
  2. Roll and add salami, leaving spaces between for the prosciutto and speck.
  3. Cut the camembert cheese into small triangles and place in between.
  4. Add the olives, blueberries and half-cut strawberries. 
  5. Cut feta cheese into small slices, and place to fill up any gaps.
  6. Lastly, add the pomegranate seeds, following the same circle, and serve.
