Ingredients
- 300g beef stir-fry strips
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
- 1 beef stock cube, crushed
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon mild curry powder
- 1 cup of fresh cream
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add the meat and toss until cooked and browned. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion, and garlic and cook until translucent.
- Stir in the spices.
- Pour in the cream and return the beef to the pan, stirring until the cream thickens.
- Serve immediately.
