Fairview launches new ice cream collection

Fairview Farm is located in Paarl and is known for its traditional artisan products. It’s a family-owned business deeply committed to growth whilst driven by owner Charles Back’s principles of honesty and heritage. Driven by an equal spirit of innovation, Fairview dived into the sweet world of ice cream, offering both jersey milk and plant-based ranges. The jersey milk selection boasts seven delectably wholesome flavours, while the plant-based range features eight options, ranging from indulgent Strawberry Cheesecake to Tin Roof, Coffee Chocolate Swirl, and classic Cookie Dough.

Plant-Based Affogato

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Difficulty: Super Easy
Servings: 1


  • 1 shot of Medium Roast coffee
  • 175ml Chocolate Coffee Swirl­­ Fairview Plant-Based ice cream
  • 20g Dark Chocolate to garnish


  1. Brew coffee to strength of choice – we recommend Espresso for the best results
  2. Scoop your ice cream into a glass and slowly pour over the coffee.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
