Ingredients
1 cup flour
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
½ cup water
Topping: Tannie Evita’s Classic Toffee Spread
Method
Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk. Add the egg, milk and water into a separate bowl and mix. Mix the wet and dry mixtures together until you have a smooth batter.
Add a small amount of oil to a non-stick frying pan. Heat the pan over medium heat.
Add a ladle of pancake batter to the hot pan and swirl it around until it covers the whole pan. Cook the pancake until the edges start to pull away from the pan. Gently shake the pan to release the pancake and flip it over. Cook until light golden brown with a few darker spots. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Heat the Tannie Evita’s Classic Toffee Spread in the microwave until a pourable consistency is achieved. Drizzle over warm pancakes and tuck in!
