Ingredients
- 750g chicken livers
- ½ chopped union
- 1 fresh red chilli
- ½ cup salad tomatoes
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 60ml (4 tablespoons) cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon BBQ spice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- salt for seasoning
Method
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, add the chopped onion and fry until golden.
- Add the chicken livers and fry until golden, for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add BBQ spice, paprika, chilli flakes, Italian herbs and chopped red chilli and stir for 2 minutes on low heat.
- Add fresh milk, season with salt and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
