Veggie and Hummus Pita Pockets

Ingredients:

Whole grain pita bread

Hummus

Carrot sticks

Cucumber slices

Bell pepper strips

Spinach leaves

Instructions:

Cut the pita bread in half and open the pockets.

Spread hummus inside each pocket.

Fill with carrot sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, and spinach leaves.
