INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag of chips (any of your choice)
- ½ cup biltong or rugby mix
- ¼ cup parmesan, grated
- ¼ cup cheddar, grated
METHOD
1. Heat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Lay out your chips on the baking sheet.
3. Add the biltong or rugby mix and cover with your cheese.
4. Bake for 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
5. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
