50 ml KWV 10-Year-Old Brandy
25 ml Van der Hum liqueur
20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

METHOD
Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
Add ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish as preferred.

INGREDIENTS
50 ml KWV 10-Year-Old Brandy
50 ml Wild Africa Cream
25 ml Ponchos coffee tequila
100 ml cream or full cream milk
Ground cinnamon for garnish

METHOD
Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Add ice and shake until well combined.
Strain into a chilled glass and dust lightly with cinnamon.
