Ingredients

  • • 1 cup spinach
  • • ½ frozen banana
  • • ½ cup greek yogurt (plain)
  • • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until completely smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
