With just a few ingredients, you can whip up this revitalising drink. It’s so easy and raspberries and lime make a winning pair.
Makes: about 1 litre
INGREDIENTS
- 250ml raspberries (frozen or fresh, or mixed berries)
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 4 × 200ml tins lemonade, cooled
- lime wedges, for garnish
- dried or fresh rose petals, or other edible flowers
METHOD
- Crush the berries with a fork into smaller pieces and place in glasses. Pour over the lime juice and lemonade, then garnish with lime wedges and rose petals or edible flowers.
- Add ice if you are not using frozen berries.
PRO TIP:
For a kick: substitute the lemonade with ice-cold MCC (bubbly). Alternatively, add a dash or a shot of gin or vodka to each glass.
