INGREDIENTS
• 1 Nestlé Bar-One, chopped
• 1 banana
• 3 tablespoons fat-free Greek yoghurt
• 1 teaspoon smooth peanut butter
• ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
• ½ teaspoon chia seeds
• 100ml milk
• 100ml water
METHOD
- Cut the Bar-One into small cubes and place in a blender, reserving a few pieces for topping.
- Peel and slice the banana, then add to the blender.
- Add the Greek yoghurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder & chia seeds.
- Pour in the milk and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, top with the reserved Bar-One pieces & serve immediately.
