GINGER HONEY ICED TEA

INGREDIENTS

  • 100ml fresh brewed Dilmah Ginger & Honey tea
  • 40ml blackcurrant fresh fruit purée
  • 15ml Monin elderflower syrup
  • thin lime slices
  • lime wedge to garnish

METHOD

  1. Pour the purée and syrup into the glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes and lime slices.
  3. Fill up with the tea.
