INGREDIENTS
- 100ml fresh brewed Dilmah Ginger & Honey tea
- 40ml blackcurrant fresh fruit purée
- 15ml Monin elderflower syrup
- thin lime slices
- lime wedge to garnish
METHOD
- Pour the purée and syrup into the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and lime slices.
- Fill up with the tea.
