JUICY SALMON FILLETS

Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • fresh parsley, chopped or whole leaves
  • 1 lemon, sliced

METHOD

  1. Carefully remove any remaining bones from the fillets and pat them dry with paper towel.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Place a lemon slice and a little parsley on each fillet.
  3. Place the fillets in your Midea Air Fryer and cook using the Fish setting until perfectly cooked and juicy.
  4. Plate with a squeeze of fresh lemon and garnish with extra parsley if desired.

Pro Tip:
Add a few asparagus spears to the air fryer basket, they cook beautifully alongside the salmon for a quick, healthy side.
