INGREDIENTS
- 2 salmon fillets
- salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
- fresh parsley, chopped or whole leaves
- 1 lemon, sliced
METHOD
- Carefully remove any remaining bones from the fillets and pat them dry with paper towel.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Place a lemon slice and a little parsley on each fillet.
- Place the fillets in your Midea Air Fryer and cook using the Fish setting until perfectly cooked and juicy.
- Plate with a squeeze of fresh lemon and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
Pro Tip:
Add a few asparagus spears to the air fryer basket, they cook beautifully alongside the salmon for a quick, healthy side.
