INGREDIENTS
For blueberry banana:
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup water
For chocolate banana:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 100g coconut cream
- 20g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
For blueberry cheesecake:
- 2 cups full cream milk
- 1 cup medium-fat cream cheese
- 1 box instant vanilla-flavoured pudding mix
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1½ cups frozen blueberries
- 1–2 crumbled Tennis biscuits, for garnish
METHOD
- Combine the ingredients for your chosen flavour in your Midea Xtreme Blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Scoop and enjoy. For the Blueberry Cheesecake version, top with crumbled Tennis biscuits before serving.
