NESTLÉ PEPPERMINT CRISP & MILKBAR WHITE CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups full cream milk
• 30g Nestlé Milkybar Flavoured Dessert Topping
• 60g Nestlé whipping cream
• 5g Nestlé Peppermint Crisp Flavoured Dessert Topping

To garnish:
• 10g Nestlé Peppermint Crisp Bar, crushed

• mint leaves

METHOD

1. In a blender, combine the milk and Nestlé Milkybar Flavoured Dessert Topping. Blend until smooth & frothy.
2. In a separate bowl, beat together the whipping cream & Nestlé Peppermint Crisp Flavoured Dessert Topping until soft peaks form. Transfer into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
3. Pour the milkshake into 2 tall glasses.
4. Pipe the peppermint cream on top & garnish with crushed Nestlé Peppermint Crisp Bar.
5. Serve immediately with a straw and mint leaves.
