With just a few ingredients, you can whip up this revitalising drink. It’s so easy and raspberries and lime make a winning pair.

Makes: about 1 litre

INGREDIENTS

  • 250ml raspberries (frozen or fresh, or mixed berries)
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • 4 × 200ml tins lemonade, cooled
  • lime wedges, for garnish
  • dried or fresh rose petals, or other edible flowers

METHOD

  1. Crush the berries with a fork into smaller pieces and place in glasses. Pour over the lime juice and lemonade, then garnish with lime wedges and rose petals or edible flowers.
  2. Add ice if you are not using frozen berries.

PRO TIP:

For a kick: substitute the lemonade with ice-cold MCC (bubbly). Alternatively, add a dash or a shot of gin or vodka to each glass.
