1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2.Heat the oil in a shallow ovenproof dish, add the onion and courgettes, and bake for 5-8 minutes until tender. Add the dill and stir.
3.In a bowl, beat together the Parmalat cream, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add the Galbani mozzarella.
4.Pour the batter over the onion and courgettes in the dish.
5.Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C. Bake for 25 minutes until it is well risen and golden brown, then serve immediately.
