1.Preheat the grill to 190°C

2.Pat the feta dry with a paper towel.
3.Place the feta into a small ramekin, then sprinkle the fresh thyme over the top and drizzle the olive oil over everything. Ensure the feta block is fully covered in oil.
4.Place the ramekin on the grill over indirect heat for 8-10 minutes or until the feta begins to brown.
5.Carefully remove the ramekin from the grill and set it on a cutting board.
6.Prepare the salad using the remaining ingredients.
7.Serve the grilled feta immediately atop the salad.
