Ingredients

  • • 450g roll of puff pastry
  • • 2 teaspoons Parmalat full cream milk
  • • ⅓ cup basil pesto
  • • 250g (1 tub) President cream cheese
  • • 500g mixed tomatoes
  • • couple of slices of Galbani mozzarella
  • • basil leaves & sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
2.Unroll 1 x 450g roll of puff pastry onto the prepared baking tray.
3.Use a knife to make a 1cm border all around the puff pastry (don’t cut through it).
4.Brush the milk over the border.
5.Spoon the basil pesto onto the pastry, stopping at the border.
6.Spread the tub of President cream cheese over the pesto.
7.Add the slices of mozzarella.
8.Arrange the sliced mixed tomatoes on top.
9.Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
10.Sprinkle the basil leaves and sesame seeds before serving.
