Ingredients

  • • 45ml instant oat flakes
  • • 2 frozen bananas
  • • 250ml mango chunks
  • • 250ml natural yoghurt
  • • a pinch of ground turmeric
  • • 500ml Rhodes Quality Fruit Medley 100% Fruit Juice Blend

Instructions

1.Put the oats, banana, mango, yoghurt, and turmeric into the blender.
2.Add the Rhodes Quality Fruit Medley 100% Fruit Juice Blend.
3.Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.
4.Serve immediately.
