Ingredients

  • • 1½ cups frozen mango chunks
  • • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • • ½ cup coconut milk (plus extra to loosen, if needed)
  • • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • For garnish:
  • • toasted coconut flakes
  • • fresh mint

Instructions

1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients until smooth and slushy. Add a splash more coconut milk if the mixture is too thick.
2. Taste and adjust the sweetness or cardamom to your preference.
3. Pour into chilled glasses or jars.
4. Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
5. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig for a burst of green.

Pro tip
Use frozen mango for best texture.
