Ingredients

  • • ¼ teaspoon matcha powder (extra aside for garnish)
  • • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • • 60ml gin
  • • 30ml lemon juice
  • • 60ml simple syrup
  • • 1 egg white
  • • ice

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder with hot water until no clumps remain.
2.Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, matcha, and egg white to a shaker. Close and dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 1 minute until frothy.
3.Next, add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and shake out the frothy egg white.
4.Dust with matcha powder and enjoy!
