1.Steep the rooibos in boiling water for 5–7 minutes. Remove tea bag and let cool completely.

2.In a glass or jug, stir together cooled rooibos, orange juice, and sweetener if using.
3.Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in the rooibos-orange mixture until ¾ full.
4.Top up with sparkling water.
5.Garnish with orange slice and a sprig of mint.
