APPLE CRUMBLE ICE CREAM

Ingredients

  • • 2 litre homemade ice cream
  • • 4 granny smith apples, peeled and cubed
  • • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • • 3 sticks whole cinnamon
  • • 20g white sugar
  • • 500ml water
  • APPLE CRUMBLE TOPPING
  • • 200g flour
  • • 100g sugar
  • • 100g butter

Instructions

1. Allow the ice cream to soften slightly
2. Cook all other ingredients together until the apple is soft.
3. Let the apple cool.
4. Add the cooled apple mixture to the ice cream and then refreeze.
5. Garnish with apple crumble topping

APPLE CRUMBLE TOPPING METHOD
• Combine all ingredients in a bowl
• Rub together until crumbly
• Bake at 180°C until golden
