1. Open the can of refrigerated coconut cream and carefully scoop out the solidified cream, leaving the liquid behind. Place the solid cream in a mixing bowl.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in short bursts in the microwave, stirring between each interval, until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
3. Add the melted chocolate, Nestlé chocolate syrup, and peppermint extract to the coconut cream. Whip the mixture using an electric mixer or whisk until well combined and fluffy.
4. Divide the mousse evenly into serving dishes or glasses.
5. Refrigerate the mousse for at least 2 hours to set.
6. Before serving, garnish with crushed peppermint candies.
